Grove Golf Wear – Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Grove Golf Wear order. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@grovegolfwear.co.uk before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send products directly to our production partner.

Returned items should be unworn, unused and in their original condition. You should take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the issue where possible.

We will assess the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel an online order, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law, including the refund of standard outbound delivery charges where required.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, please contact us. The quickest option may be to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Personalised products

Products made specifically to your individual specifications or personalised specifically for you may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation rights. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Please contact us before returning an item. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and address once your return has been authorised.
